Description
Mark (Butch Patrick) sneaks back stage at a magic show and falls into a giant top hat … and lands in a place inhabited by the ‘Hat People’, enormous hats walking around on tiny feet!
Hoodoo (Charles Nelson Reilly) the wicked magician rules Lidsville with an iron hand. Mark gets on his bad side when he helps Hoodoo’s genie, the bumbling Weenie Genie (Billie Hayes) escape from him.
